OS 10.3 - Help me in installing Windows XP in MacBookAir

Hi Frnds,
Iam using macbookair. i like to install windows XP in it. i dont have optical drive. got only usb. so can any one help me in installing windows XP.
I came to know that it can be installed using bootcamp.. plz i need it in urgent.. help me
