Hello,

This is my first topic here in this forum and I hope to find the answer to my question!

I have a windows Vista Enterprise edition and a macbook laptop. I can remote desktop between the Mac and vista machines, but when I do that it log's off the Vista user. Is there a way to have access to the vista without logging the user of, sort of like when you VNC between Windows PCs?

I managed to VNC from the Vista PC into my Mac without any problem!

Done it.

I installed Ultra VNC on the vista machine, and chicken of the VNC on my MacBook.

Configured Firewall on Vista to allow port specified for VNC and Bob's your uncle!

I was hoping that someone helps in this forum, but never mind!

Hey Mutu,

Perhaps you can help me. You mention in the original post that you were able to VNC from your Vista PC to your Mac. I'm wanting to do the same thing. How did you set up the client on your Vista machine? Any help is greatly appreciated!
