You should be able to use iWeb to upload to a host machine. Alternatively, you can use various ftp programs to do that. Filezilla is one. Cyberduck is another. Search the forum for others.

The ftp clients I mentioned are free. If you're looking for a free hosting service, search both the forum and Google. Hosting services are almost never "free". Even though you don't pay, your visitors must deal with ads either directly on the web page or through popups. Except for Google-type ads, most advertising detracts from a site.

like mathogre said, free web hosting is not really worth it.

You should be able to get a proper domain name and web hosting for very little by searching google.

and the paid for service will work with iweb and ftp, while not ruining your site with casino ads
