iWeb, Sandvox both do this.
in iWeb, you build your site, then do Publish to Folder under Share, and assign it a folder to publish your site to. Then you can get in and edit things manually. in Sandvox, it is a similar method. this allows me to make some basic html and rss changes before I upload to the server. |
