Just got a domain and trying to get a site started. Any suggestions and does anybody know a good HTML Editor for free?

I've used Arachnophilia on Windows. If all you are looking for is color-coding of tags it's pretty good. I haven't done much HTML lately and have done none on the Mac, so hopefully someone will have a good recommendation for you.

It supports, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and just about anything.

I've been using it for a week now, and its really great for the aspiring web developer. For example, if you type <body>, it will automatically create a </body> tag for you. Its really convenient.
