Lightbulb

Here is my Shakira fansite: http://www.shakiraspot.com

It's fairly new, but I managed to get in most of her latest news and I added a small wallpapers gallery to start.

I made the wallpapers myself, too

Note: I was really proud of how I was able to shorten my URLs a bit, WITHOUT breaking any links or comments or even really doing anything to the HTML code. Check it out.

http://www.shakiraspot.com
http://www.shakiraspot.com/news/
http://www.shakiraspot.com/News/
http://www.shakiraspot.com/gallery/
http://www.shakiraspot.com/Gallery/

And these are thanks to my Godaddy account:
Shakira News
Shakira Spot - Gallery

(The links are still a little longer than I wished (most redirect with /home/ in the middle) but it's MUCH better than my previous structure which was like www.shakiraspot.com/ShakiraSpot/News/news.html.)

Question how to find freelance designer for my iweb site?

I am in artist management, and made a website for one of my groups in iweb, simply to decide what info should be in it, critical paths, structure...it is evidently amatuerish, not meant to go live. NOw I am ready to hire freelancer to make it into something professional. This site features a classical music duo - hence lots of videos, audio, pictures, calendar of events....and references to facebook, myspace....I prefer it to remain in iweb, so we can easily manage it going forward, (or should I assume iweb can't do the job, and that any good designer will wish to use other design software??)

QUESTION: where do I post for this freelance job, and what should I be looking for to evaluate candidates? How much will designers charge??

I currently run a photographic business and have been battling for ages with Dreamweaver and Flash. After recently making the move to Mac I thought i'd see what iWeb had to offer and was pleasantly surprised.

Ashborne Photographic - Wedding and Corporate & Commercial Photography

No problems with it really, just a few funny text quirks when viewed in IE.
It's still not 100% complete but not far off.......just gotta get my head round the password page challenge!!

If anybody's based in the UK and has any photography requirements then be sure to look me up!!

Mac Specs: 2008 8-core mac pro. 4GB RAM 1.5TB storage. Dual LCDs (one IPS monitor for the colour).
Man is there a lot of people who just joined up with less than 10 posts plugging their site here.

Mine has new ads, including a game demo done for Lysol, and a song done by Metisse (which she and her record company happily let me use). If you watched Showtime's Dead Like Me, you'll recognize this song for sure.
