i need help hosting a .mov. i know very little about computers.

i also need to know if there is a way i can convert mov to wma. please help

speak slowly and with on syllable words

I'm sure you'll find a program that will convert mov to wma if you look around a bit on versiontracker.com. As for hosting a .mov; if that's all you want to have online you can probably find a free host with enough space without too much trouble. Search on Google. When you find a host they will give you an ftp server, username and password which you then type into your chosen ftp program (get one from versiontracker, transmit is good). In most programs you can just drag and drop from the finder.

I'm in your forums, writing sentences in a grammatically acceptable manner.

Yes, I think an important question would be - do you have a domain name or internet hosting already? If not, then this would be your first step.
