I have a question on iweb... Say I do not want to use .Mac but I have created a website can I upload to another server and will the features work like the blogging and leaving comments and such???

You can't use iWeb's built-in publish button, but you can export the site to a folder, which in turn has to be uploaded manually using your own FTP client.

I don't think Blogs made with iWeb support comments. In fact, I'm pretty sure they don't, because iWeb doesn't create dynamic content.
