Are you a beginner? Do you have experience in any other programming langauge?

I'm a web designer and recently been learning some back-end stuff. From a designers point of View I found 'PHP and MySQL for Dynamic websites really helpful. I use dreamweaver and found the best way to work was to use Dreamweavers built in PHP functions and use this book to see what was happening with the code.

PHP Essentials was the best book I ever got on PHP and MySQL. It taught me a lot about the language, and was a really easy read.
