Which software do you suggest for ebook production?
I know only ibooks author and adobe design.
Is there any program that you can suggest or is it better to use indesign/ibooks author?

Thanks

I second louishen's advice. There are several tools out there for Mac that can help you create ePub, but nothing as beautiful and easy to use as Pages. Both iBooks Author and Adobe InDesign's abilities are also excellent, but I like Pages because a perfectly ordinary person (who is a good writer with something compelling to say) can start from scratch and actually create something that looks decent and works well for an insanely low price and "investment" in time/effort.
