Are you trying to transfer content from one hosting service to another? If so, check to see if your new host has a migration tool (some do). If not, simply download the content and upload it to your new host using FTP, SFTP or another file transfer tool.

MobieMe is going away the end of June and I need a new host. I have subscribed to Bluehost, but I do not know how to download my web content to my hard drive. Blue Host said once I have the files on my hard drive they can upload them and become the host for the web site. How do I download the files to my hard drive?

If you're using MM, simply download all the files from your account. You should be able to do this by going to iDisk > Web > Sites.

Are you using iWeb to design your site by any chance? If so, the migration process may be quite easy.

Even easier, just publish your site to a folder. Under "File" choose "Publish to a folder".
