Podcast hosting?

The biggest thing is that while I don't mind paying to host my podcast, I don't want to OVER pay for it either. Things I'm looking for: 1. RSS support (a must, since the podcast is also on iTunes) 2. 10GB storage and potential expansion without gouging me silly. The podcast has a few hundred regular listeners, but the podcast itself is 2-2.5 hours long each episode (which come out roughly bi-monthly) so there could be a modest issue of bandwidth (though I doubt it). Looking around at various options makes me realise yet AGAIN how undervalued Mobile Me was by those who used it. Thanks Chas Cheers, chas_m -- My essay for switchers and newbies
