White areas @ the bottom of pages created on iWeb

Across is on a distinguished road

Across is offline
Such as with this site, which I'm currently working on. You'll notice it happens on Safari and Firefox, but not on Chrome. Has anyone here faced this problem in the past and successfully resolved the issue? Thanks.
