I'v been using RapidWeaver for the past few years, but I am having a lot of trouble. Is there a better one? Should I pay someone to build my site?

Dreamweaver is not the easiest to get to grips with and certainly not cheap. It depends on what sort of a website the OP wants as to whether its worthwhile paying for someone to design it. I would only recommend dreamweaver if someone intends building a lot o websites.

I have used iWeb and found it adequate for basic websites. You can always alter it using the likes of dreamweaver
