Are you looking for anything that is specific to XML or just a good editor? If you're just looking for a good programmer's editor, I'd take a look at TextWrangler (a favourite of mine) or Smultron which a few around here seem to like.

As for XML editors, there is Oxygen or EditiX. I haven't used any of those - I'm going by what I found here.
