What OS are you running?
Cyberduck will be fine if you use Leopard.

10.5.8 is Leopard, so Cyberduck should be just the ticket.

Are you looking for an FTP server or an FTP client? Cyberduck is an FTP client, allowing you to access an FTP server. Did you want to setup your own FTP server or access someone else's?

Yes, I need a server ftp program! Cyberduck is a client, and I have Filezilla Client installed, but i need a server, because Filezilla Server is only available for Windows.

Thank you very much!

Ok, we misunderstood then.
You can set up your Mac as an FTP server.

Setting up your Mac as an FTP Server

I don't think there are any free server clents.

I was in your shoes a year ago and after some reeding I found this PureFTPd Manager for Mac OS X

I know PureFTPD from linux and maybe it is the best solution I have found. I use it since then and it works as advertised.
