My Blog is all mess mash

I have been having problems with my blog for a while it is all mess mash and every single time I change the design on it with blogger it is still all mess mash.
Is it like this because Blogger works better for other computers then my mac?

Blogger is platform-independent. It doesn't care one whit what computer you are using.

How are you entering your posts into blogger? Using the web browser (blogger.com) or some other way?

you just need to give the various container elements in your blog more horizontal space to breath

do you know hoe to edit CSS files?

I use blogger.com what do you mean by web browser? sorry I am still new to some things.
