I've neglected my website for three years, and now I need to catch up with everything that has happened in terms of website design and publishing. I initially constructed my site using Netscape--remember those days?

I've looked at several pages and threads in this forum, so I do NOT need advice on which web editor to choose. But I do have a more specific question: does anyone have experience publishing Chinese and kanji characters on their websites? If so, which editor did you use?

Right now RapidWeaver looks to be the most attractive due to price, although I am very open to using freeware if it sufficiently supports foreign character codes.

Thanks for any feedback you send my way.
