Creating a form to "submit" to me?
I just started a small business and made my website on iWeb and am using godaddy to host it.

On the site, I am looking for a way to create a form where there are radio buttons to pick "yes" or "no", drop down menus, blank fields, and have them submit it right to me.

Is there a way to do this on iWeb?

    Thanks in advance!

Never tried it myself, but seen a couple good reviews of this:
