.PNG files for Photoshop on a Mac
I am trying to save a file as a .PNG via Adobe Photoshop CS on my mac but it doesn't even give me the option to save as that file type. Any clue as to why? A .PNG file type is a valid Photoshop file type.

    Please help!

EDIT: It also isn't giving me the "Save for Web" option.... whats wrong here??

it should be under the save for web options, but remember, you need to be working in 8 bit mode and RGB to use 'save for web'.
