HTML profile background help

Hey folks, im not sure where else to post this but i need help with something,

I want to put a picture up on my profile for a (dj mix site) and im pretty sure you use html to do it, ive seen other people with pictures on there profiles before on various websites but ive no idea how to do it

Heres my profile Shane C > > profile i have a picture on my desktop that i want to go on my profiles background, how do i go about doing it?

If you've seen other dj profiles in your site who have background images then you should be able to do it too. Some sites disable html edits to preserve uniformity within their content. All you need to do is find a suitable image, host it online (A website like Photobucket is easy to use), obtain a direct link to your image and insert it into your text area along with the proper html tags which you can obtain from any html tutorial website.
