help please with image posting

I'm attempting to upgrade my web page and cannot upload old photos of my work because it's in photo impression which seems not to work with the software on my mac osx. Also true of a lot of old information which is no longer available to me. You are talking to a quite technologically illiterate person so please be kind. I have no idea if there is a reply system to this posting or if I just float around in perpetuity!!

Welcome to the forum - if u load your pic into Preview - already on your Mac - then go to File/Export that will give heaps of formats to play with;
