Looking for a good newsletter service

What's a good service for sending out newsletters to a mailing list? I need something stable, easy, and free if possible. It's for a band.

I think that Mail Chimp is one of the best ones I have used. It is free up until you have over a certain amount of people (I think)

+1 For MailChimp, I don't have the need to use it but everybody I know that uses it is a raving fan.
