iWeb. It's in your Applications folder.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

Yes, when I do make sites, I use iWeb, or Google Sites.

I use iWeb for all my sites & have no problems. However, I dont use mobileme due to bad experiences, but you can use any host provider (That I know of) to host your site.
