Not sure what you mean by meta tags? As there are many types of meta tags and used for a variety things in a page.

I second this. Did you mean that you just want to edit the html itself within iweb? Cause that would do it...OR did you mean to NOT do it manually with code but instead plug it in through a form, script etc on the software and it does it for you?
