hosting a jtv channel?

i didnt try search, so sorry if this has been covered. but im running out of time so concrete solutions would be great....

im in europe right now, and i want to set up a jtv channel to live stream a football championship game ill be playin in for my friends and family back home. never tried anything like this and im wondering what kind of device/tv tuner i will need. i was looking at an elgato eyetv hybrid...but i read somewhere online that it didnt support live streaming to jtv.

assistance please
