I searched the web a little and found this remote hosting service, 123 Contact Form - free html forms script, contact form generator, email form code, html contact form. I signup for their free service, my contact form has only HTML code, no JS.

The short answer is - you aren't going to find one. What's wrong with JS? If you don't like it, write something in PHP.

If you are willing to experiment and test PHP you can try:
- Powerful component based mailing library for PHP – Swift Mailer

Been using it for years, and works amazingly .

I have used this one:
Email Me Form™ - HTML Forms, Web Forms, PHP Forms
Sign up for free service and later.. you can purchse all the bells and whistles. The free one works well with secure word and all. The site forwards mail to you

I have tried (and absolutely LOVE) wufoo (http://wufoo.com/). The free level lets you make up to 3 forms, and you can get up to 100 responses per month for free.

Cheers!

You can make some people happy some of the time, but you can never make a PC enthusiast understand the brilliance of the Macintosh OS. Until you put it in front of them.

It's better to just run your own system.
