    Unhappy Apple G5 ┐Server?
Can I use a plain Power Mac G5 PowerPC 970 (2.2) as a server to use it as a host for websites? How do I do it, I have already Apple Administration Tools- :robot:

Yep absolutely, a good page to learn more of your computer for hosting, for all that good stuff is here:

If you do not already know a lot of the webmaster stuff then I would suggest you host your own website, but not become a host, since customers can be very demanding and you'll drive yourself nuts with the service requests

Im not sure what you mean.. the Server name is the one that you see when you go into System Preferences and click on Sharing, then at the top it will show your "Computer Name" as for the username and password.. probably whatever you logged in as
