imovie in iweb loads slow

I have two imovies on a web site and they load slow. I published them as medium. Size 22mb and 19mb Also tried exporting as movie with settings I found on web.

xstep is offline
They startup in 2 to 4 seconds. That is not slow.

By the way, don't double post. You already asked about this and I responded. You should have responded back rather than double posting.
