ok i made a website on this site called weebly called Evins Studios and i went to google webmasters and verified my site but it still does not show up in the search engine. am i missing something? please help me.

yes i put the meta tag in the CSS code.. how long does it usually take to be able to search for it on google?

It can be a while sometimes. But, I'm not sure if it's the CSS code you want to put it in. Perhaps in the head section of the HTML pages?
