i need a simple FTP program for OS X. if it's free that would be great too. i just need something for uploading my web pages to my site.

Although it does cost money, I'd highly recommend Transmit. It's the gold standard of FTP on the Mac.

I like Transmit 3.
I'm an ex-Windows user so I always used CuteFTP - Transmit 3 is similar but very efficient.
