how do you import mp3 files to the root folder in Dreamweaver 8?

With dreamweaver MX I did not have such a problem: with drag and drop I was able to import mp3 files to the root folder. Now with DW 8 I have to link this mp3 files to a document first.

How do you do that? Do you know a faster solution?
