ok guys i am very new to mac just one week experience.i have my own hosting with godady.i made web design and i am not able to upload other than .mac
how am i gonna figure out help meeeee))

In iweb, under file, click on publish to folder. Pick a spot to put your stuff. It will make an index and a folder of the contents. Then upload those to the host using your favorite FTP client. Easy cheesy.
