Mac OS 9.2 and windows XP - how to share a files between?

Hi

Please tell me sufficient ways of connecting mac OS 9.2 with windows Xp to transfer data files between both of them??

Please notice is OS 9.2 not X.

I know nothing about OS9.2 but X can read/write FAT32 file system so I would use a USB stick or external HD formated in FAT32 and see of 0s9.2 can read it.

Get hold of 'DAVE' from Thursby Software to share files with Windows.
