Ok yah, so starting price, well who cares. Of course I'm going to get 1.8ghz, screw the SSD option for 1k.

Ok add to cart... Add USB Ethernet, 3 year warranty, and tax..

$2,500?

Yah...uhm ok.... what do i do? buy it anyways... am i starting to regret it now? maybe...a bit?

If you're a student, you can get it for around 2181 before tax (my taxes are 7%, so it comes out to around 2333.67).

You could always try buying it at MacMall or MacConnection to save on the tax if you're not eligible for a student discount.

Yeah, when you buy a macbook air you are not buying it for it's computing power. So unless you're super mobile (or have to look super sexy) it's probably not worth it.
