I have been offered a G3 laptop for $100. It needs to be plugged in all the time. Is it a good deal for using as a picture frame or game machine for children?

you could use it as a picture frame... that's a nice idea, or you can get it a new battery, or you can have it plugged in all the time and use it as a guest computer/children computer
