    mac/windows software equivalents
hi, i'm a recent switcher, and while i absolutely love my new powerbook, there are a few windows programs that i sorely miss. the main one would probably be adaware. is there such a program for the mac? and if so, what is it and where may i find it?

No Ad-Aware, because no Spyware. Have a nice day.

As he said, AdAware is completely unnecessary for the Mac. Also one of the best place to find Mac software is at http://www.macupdate.com. Great place to just search or browse to see what cool software you can find.
