Does my macbook come with video editing software?

Software that I can use to take clips from my digital camera and put them together into a video. I want to also be able to adjust the color (black/white), set it to music, slow it down, etc...

Does my macbook come with software that will allow me to do this for the purposes of YouTube etc... ?

If not, what is some good software to do so with? (pref. cheap)

All new Macs come with iLife, which includes iMovie. The latest version of iMovie will exactly what you're asking for.
