Mac Specs: iMac, iTouch, iPad, iPhone 3GS..waiting for iPhone5 or 6?

Is it worthy to subscribe to it? Any pros/cons?

Also when using iWeb do I need the mac account (ecpecially if I am just publishing to a folder and uploading the files to a different web host?)

I presume that you mean ".Mac"? This topic has been discussed endlessly on these forums. I would recommend that you search around. You will find TONS of opinons.

You can just upload your iweb pages to a regular host using any FTP client

That may be true but when doing a search there are no hits for my 2nd question. Hence the post

dude its not worth the 100$
I think that there are cheaper ways to have a little website and its free to host your pics on the google picasa or what ever you like
