Why won't Apple Support recognise my Apple ID? I even asked for my password, yet it said my Apple ID isn't the correct email.

I wrote down all the Apple ID info as I setup my iMac so it's not the email. I will just have to wait till tomorow so I can ring Apple Support for help, they are closed today (Sunday)

The error seems to slow down the startup a little.
