Here is an article on it.

When I switched I just burnt mine to 5 DVD's (I needed to back it up anyway) but, I know I don't have a lot of music compared to most people out there.

If its only 20 songs then do you have a USB minidrive?

Just copy the files onto the drive, insert the drive into your mac and copy them off into the Mac's iTunes

    Specs:
iMac 27" 3.4 GHz, 256 GB SSD, 2 TB HDD, 8 GB RAM
What I did for this was to simply take the ENTIRE iTunes folder hierarchy from my PC and copy it to an external USB2.0 drive (as louishen says, in your case, a USB memory stick might be big enough). Then I plugged the external drive into my Mac and replaced the ENTIRE iTunes folder hierarchy on the Mac with the one I had copied from my PC. Then I started iTunes, it said "importing" or something like that, and after about a minute, it was all done and dandy. So, you may wish to try this as one approach.
