Bootcamp/XP: Wireless Mac Keyboard/Mouse Problem

I can't get bluetooth in Bootcamp/WinXP to recognize my Mac wireless keyboard and mouse. I've searched the forum for answers, and while others seem to have encountered similar problems in much earlier posts, there weren't any responsive answers.

Is there a solution to this problem, or will I have to continue to use a wired keyboard/mouse when in WinXP?

try switching them off and on again with the BT app open in XP

BTW I have a boot camped IMAC with XP SP2 and the BT KB & MM
they work fine MM just needs a click to wake it up first time
