Mail in Leopard

After a couple of days as a macuser, I must say that the mail client is a bit to simple.. Isn´t there any way to create folders like u can in in outlook?? I would really like to put my mail in catagories..

Or is there a better mail client out there??

You can create both regular and "smart" folders, they're called Mailboxes...

I have many folders in Mail:

You want to create a new "mailbox".

From the Mailbox menu select "New Mailbox" -- it'll create what looks like a folder in Mail.app.

[edit] Or, you can just use Schweb's example... I guess I was too slow
