First, I tried to use bootcamp to dual boot vista and osx

but whoa, somehow, I ended up with a mac with vista only.

Bootcamp gave me some drivers, but sound still dont work, and the mac controls still dont work. I used the drivers but it only helped me get online nothing else. Any suggestions? I'd like to dual boot vista and osx

Something went wrong

So I can play pc games now right?

Ps, I cant even use the two finger scroll on the macbook

pce

Did you install Vista on the right partition? If you installed it over the top of OS X you'll have to install OS X again from your system discs.

The drivers disk that you make with bootcamp is only useful for win XP not Vista. If you do a Google search regarding using Bootcamp with Vista their are some sites that advise how to get the rest of the components working with Vista (sound, isight etc)

I did that on my iMac the first time ever doing it. Didn't even realize until I couldn't find my OSX.

Windows likes to default to the first partition, that's probably what happened.

Doesn't it say explicitly in the instructions which partition to choose for installation?

You should of read the names when it asked what partition to install on it had boot camp in the name. Just reformat the hdd.
