getting my data from outlook to ical, address book

the title is pretty self explanatory

Just switched, have a 24 in imac, about to sell my old pc but first i need to get all my outlook data off and onto my new machine!
any help, or little apps etc??

I used a third party application called MessageSave from TechHit.com

You do have to pay for it, but its worth it as there doesn't seem to be any other way! But its only $50. There was 1 cheaper solution that I found, but when testing the trial version, it seemed to give problems but then again I was using Vista.

I can't remember the other apps name, but its price was $10

Get Outlook2Mac That's what I used.

ok, now it gets complicated, sold my windoze box last night, now all i have are my .pst files on a memory sick, any ideas?

Maybe import the pst files to Thunderbird and then try to get them over to Mail.app (or just use Thunderbird on Mac OS)
