Hello.
I recently got my first Mac, a Black Macbook, and am very happy so far. Is there a way that I can change the default text editor? It seems whenever I open a document in finder, or from a stack on the dock, it opens with TextEdit. I would like my docs to open with NeoOffice. I should say most of my documents are currently .doc, as I have just switched from a PC. It seems I can right-click on each document in Finder and set them individually to be opened by NeoOffice, but it would be easier if I could set NeoOffice as the default text editor. Any ideas? Thanks, J. Last edited by photojonny; 12-12-2007 at 04:19 PM. Reason: sp. |
