Hi , in my mailbox about 3000 mails , i need to find one by ( mail , name or text ) how can i do that ( command + f ) do not works if i want to search by mail .

In the top right of the Mail window there's a big text box with a magnifying glass and the word Search under it. Type your search terms there and Spotlight will narrow the field for you.

Also try Edit in the menubar, then Find> Find...

Bonus tip: to delete a few of your non-essential emails, select them and click Delete.
