Icon Changing Help (litelcon)

I have tried and tried... all my friends have used this..but for some reason i get an error message, and the application won't open. can someone please help me.

i have a ibook g4 and am running leopard.

my error message:

index: 78 icon:InternetlocationMAILTO.icns

.....if you are using Mac OSX Leopard, this will surely work on your PC!
