how to change language ( on region )

I live in lithuania , and my ragion is Lithuania ( lithuanian ) . But i want to make it lithuania ( english ) how can i change this option ?

not 100% certain what you are asking but I'll give it a try

System Preferences, International, Language Tab, click on Edit List, and tick the languages you want to be on that list and be selectable.
