Is there a better App than Preview for looking, sorting and deleting large numbers of photos?

I loved Window Picture and Fax Viewer. I could highlight hundreds of images, scroll through them and easily delete them. I could check and sort hundreds of photos in minutes.

Preview is poor for sorting and deleting large numbers of images any ideas?

Also if I highlight many images with the file names, img_#### it doesn't seem to sort them in numerical order even though I have sort by name selected, any ideas?

A lot of people like Xee. Simple little app that might just do what you want. Give it a try.

You can also view pictures in the finder by changing your view to the most right view button (not sure what it's called) in the toolbar.

Thanks for the info. I like Xee, perfect little App, if only when you rotated an image it saved that orientation as default.

Kforham281, thanks for the info, but finder will only show thumbnails.

cheers
